What is Furalis?
Furalis is a calming solution designed for cats. Our diffuser uses science-backed, natural pheromones to help reduce stress-related behaviors like scratching, spraying, hiding, and tension between cats.

How does the diffuser work?
The diffuser releases a steady, calming pheromone blend into your cat’s environment. These signals help cats feel safe and secure without the use of drugs or artificial chemicals.

How long does one refill last?
Each refill lasts up to 30 days under typical conditions. We recommend replacing it every month for continuous support.

Is Furalis safe for my cat?
Yes. Furalis is drug-free, non-sedating, and completely safe for cats and kittens when used as directed.

Can I use Furalis around other pets?
Yes. Furalis is designed for cats but is safe to use around dogs and other animals. It has no effect on non-feline pets.

Where should I place the diffuser?
Place the diffuser in the room where your cat spends the most time. Avoid blocking the diffuser with furniture or placing it near open windows or vents.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–9 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the UK on all orders.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, it may already be processing and cannot be changed. To cancel, email info@furalis.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging if possible. To request a return, email info@furalis.com.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
